Anjali and Ananya first met in India while running their non-profits, Fullstopp and Bindu. They later reconnected in Silicon Valley in fall 2022, bonded over shared passions during a brunch, and created FoundHer, which focuses on empowering Indian women economically. They now spend most of their time working together on FoundHer.

COO who will fall n but rise n+1

Ananya is a Junior at Northeastern University studying Finance & Data Science. From a young age, Ananya has been dedicated to creating solutions that directly impact the lives of women, having started a nonprofit focused on women's health and impacted over 8,000 women.

With a combined background in tech, product, venture capital, finance, and experience participating in prestigious startup incubators, Ananya is driven to help bring FoundHer’s vision to life. With a growth mindset that drives her to constantly seek out new challenges and opportunities, Ananya is determined to empower more women to join, rejoin, and remain in the workforce.

CEO who will not sleep

Anjali is a Sophomore at Stanford studying Data Science & Economics. After moving to the bay from India, she worked in product teams for early-stage startups, participated in accelerator programs at the GSB, and interned in VC. In India, she ran a nonprofit focused on reducing girl’s dropout rates and reached 10,000+ women in underserved communities across the nation.

Her immersion within the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Silicon Valley alongside on-ground experiences running a nonprofit is what drives her to blend profit and growth-orientation with a mission-driven DNA at FoundHer.
