This makes it difficult for them to apply to and choose the right opportunity that matches their unique needs, causing high levels of workplace dissatisfaction and labor force dropout.

Due to poor hiring processes that include hasty interview processes, low quality job descriptions, and inability to integrate digital means of recruitment, hiring and talent acquisition remains costly & ineffective for most Indian businesses. 

Most employers rely on manual resume-screening and interview-filtering, in turn wasting crucial man-hours and producing high churn-rates and diminished productivity.
